From our new Backroom, tucked away in the woods just north of Columbus, Ohio, we roast all of our beans in small batches. This hands-on approach allows us to pay scrupulous attention to each batch, monitoring and adjusting roasting parameters to ensure we bring out the distinctive flavors and best qualities of each and every bean.
