Central America is one of the world’s leading makers of coffee; its different regions produce very distinct flavors. From Mexico’s spicy bean to the softer beans of Guatemala, we have combined these unique flavors to make a spectacular blend that puts alarm clocks to shame.
Breakfast Blend beans are roasted to a full city, which means that they are raised to a temperature of about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Certain characteristics of the bean, such as acidity and aroma mixed with the caramelizing of the sugars during the roast process enhance the final cup.
